What can I say? This was a really tough sale but really worth it. With all of the condos in the area selling in the low $60,000s Winston was able to get mine sold $30,000 more. The buyer had some trouble with financing and Winston was able to find them financing. Keep in mind that Winston didn’t represent the buyer but he represented me, the seller. If Winston hadn’t found a suitable mortgage company my deal would’ve been dead. Although we closed 2 weeks later than we should’ve everyone was happy. I will DEFINITELY recommend Winston to anyone. He took the initiative and had the know how to keep our deal together.
